Treeline's Current Build Schedule

Please note that this schedule is tentative and subject to change frequently. It is intended to provide a very general timeline for our customers.

Things that impact our schedule that might move your project backward (or forward) on our schedule:

• The summer months are a very busy time for us, and our schedule fills up months in advance, so project start dates are only approximate.

• Change orders (design changes) can add several days to any project. Although we try our best to minimize changes during a project, we also want to make sure our customers are satisfied with the end result. Unfortunately, these changes can very quickly adjust the start dates of every deck that comes later in the schedule.

• We do build year-round, and occasionally we may have to change start dates due to weather conditions. Heavy rain or snow usually increases build time. This typically has a much greater impact on late-fall and winter projects.
